I want to return an item

You can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The return shipment is at your own expense. To do so, please fill out the cancellation form completely and enclose it with the package.

Please return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you received the goods.

Exchange

Did you accidentally order the wrong model? Then be sure to let us know on your return slip. The more information we have from you, the faster we can process your return.

Refund of the purchase price

Once we receive the return, we will immediately refund the purchase price. The refund will be made to the bank account or PayPal account specified at the time of purchase.
